Utah First Credit Union is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Member Service Representative position at the Woods Cross Branch. The company has been in business for seventy-five years. DESCRIPTION:
Assists members in performing teller transactions and cross selling products and services. Provide exceptional service characterized by accuracy, timeliness and product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working in a retail environment and handling cash. Demonstrate fundamental written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and make quick decisions. Proven interpersonal skills and a willingness to participate as a team player. The ability to learn how to provide strong member service, which includes recognizing member needs, referring appropriate products, and cross-selling services.
